WE BELIVE THAT GROWTH HAPPENS WHERE BUSINESS INSIGHT MEETS CREATIVE ENERGY
POWER IN MOTION was born from the meeting of two complementary worlds: business and art.
This combination is more than a team-building program — it is an experience where business insight and creative innovation meet, helping organizations build teams that are not only high-performing but also adaptive and future-ready.
Anne Muller brings the clarity of coaching and HR, a deep understanding of how people connect, and the tools to guide organizational development. Lucyna Zwolińska brings the vision of a choreographer, the leadership of a former Ballet Director, and the power of movement as a universal language.
Together, they form a unique partnership: business and art, strategy and creativity, structure and sensitivity. Their workshops invite teams to experience learning not only as theory, but it creates spaces where teams can reconnect, discover new ways of working, and feel not only productive — but alive.
Anne Muller brings together over a decade of experience in training, coaching, and recruitment with a lifelong passion for dance and human relationships. A graduate of the University of Strasbourg, she has led numerous programs in communication, personnel development, and coaching, always with a focus on strengthening collaboration and trust. Her expertise in recruitment and HR has given her deep insight into organizational growth, talent development, and the importance of building sustainable, resilient teams.
What sets Anne apart is her ability to see people not only through the lens of skills and roles but also as whole human beings. Her conviction that professional growth is inseparable from personal development led her to explore movement as a tool for learning. By integrating embodied practices with her HR expertise, she helps organizations unlock emotional intelligence, empathy, and psychological safety — competencies that are essential for thriving in today’s business world.
Within Power in Motion, Anne acts as a bridge between the business world and creative approaches. She translates corporate needs into embodied, practical tools, ensuring that workshops are not only inspiring but also strategically aligned with organizational goals. Her contribution ensures that Power in Motion is as effective in measurable outcomes as it is transformative in experience.
Her conviction is simple: the same principles that guide recruitment and coaching — recognizing potential, fostering trust, and building authentic connections — are the principles that allow entire teams to succeed and evolve.
Lucyna Zwolińska is a choreographer, educator, and facilitator who brings more than a decade of leadership and creative experience to the field of team development. As a former professional dancer and recognized choreographer, her career has been shaped by international collaborations and by guiding groups in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
Her works have been created for major institutions such as the Stuttgart Ballet, while her role as Ballet Director at The Castel Opera in Szczecin placed her in a leadership position where she was responsible not only for creative vision but also for team cohesion, communication, and performance under deadlines — challenges directly comparable to those faced in the corporate world.
Alongside her artistic achievements, Lucyna has been invited to teach at professional institutions, where she has led masterclasses that emphasized collaboration, adaptability, and trust-building. These experiences highlight her ability to develop people and teams, supporting both technical excellence and group synergy.
Within Power in Motion, what distinguishes Lucyna is her ability to translate artistic practice into practical strategies for organizations. Having led ensembles, collaborated with international partners, and delivered projects on prestigious stages, she understands how to foster creativity, manage pressure, and strengthen resilience in diverse groups.
Her conviction is simple: the same principles that make a group of dancers excel on stage- communication, trust, adaptability, and creativity- are the very principles that enable business teams to thrive.
