Through playful group exercises involving gestures, body language, rhythm, and spatial awareness, teams build stronger connections, better understanding and better collaboration.

Non-verbal communication includes body language, facial expressions, posture, eye contact, gestures, movement, flow of interaction, and movement in space. While we tend to focus on what’s being said (up to 80% of communication is non-verbal), research shows that non-verbal cues often convey more meaning than verbal communication.

Healthy Spine & Posture at work

Workshop goals: this module focuses on preventing back pain and physical discomfort caused by long hours of sitting. Participants learn practical ergonomics, micro-breaks for spinal health, and simple breathing and stretching techniques that can be integrated into daily office life.

Sedentary work, characterized by extended periods of sitting at a desk or in front of a computer, has become increasingly prevalent across various professions. Although it may appear innocuous, prolonged sitting can lead to a range of adverse effects on both spinal health and overall well-being such as postural issues, spinal misalignment, muscle weakness and imbalance, reduced blood flow and oxygenation, impact on mental health…
Companies risk higher absenteeism, burnout, and healthcare costs. Equipping teams with simple embodied strategies ensures long-term wellbeing (less back pain and tension, fewer sick days) and productivity (improved focus and energy, employees feel physically supported and cared for).
